The Current Board of Management

Anuri has commenced her career in the aviation industry and having over 30 years of exclusive experience, and functions as Senior Executive Secretary. Having entered the Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries of Sri Lanka (ICCSL), she was the member of the First batch graduated as Chartered Secretary of the Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries of Sri Lanka (ICCSL) and is an Associate Member. Additionally, she serves as the HRM lecturer ICCSL. Without limiting to ICCSL qualifications she has added more credentials to her academic qualification-cart by obtaining; Master of Business Administration – (Business Administration), Advanced Diploma program “Professional Secretary and Administrator”, Higher Diploma in “Advertising & Mass Media Communication”, Higher Diploma in “Air Travel and Tourism Management”, Diploma in “International Airline Management”, Diploma in “Advertising and Public Relations”. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D). – (Reading) She also had shared her expertise knowledge in the “DACUM Workshop – Developing a Curricula for Secretarial (English) Training Programme” at National Institute of Technical Education, Ratmalana.

Nisha is an accomplished Chartered Secretary and Governance Professional with over 33 years of extensive experience in the corporate and company secretarial field. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute of the UK and Ireland (formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) and the Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries of Sri Lanka (ICCSSL).
